So ...... I am going out on a limb here. When dramatic redesigns are made, such that a complete break with the past is done, look closely. By appearance they no longer identify with the seal of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA because they can't. And neither can they identify with the United States of America.

They may still have a .gov address but eh ... it seems to me quite telling .... Rogue does not even begin to paint that picture.
