If the whitehats are in control, and wanted these weapons to get to Israel they would get to Israel.

Maybe they don't want more weapons reaching a cabal controlled Israel. It would be a very convenient way to put the blame on antifa and the Arab insurgents in the US. It would kill two birds with one stone. Israel doesn't get the weapons, and the cabal's lefty radicals get the blame.
