One of the main reasons for Africa lacking in development is its geography.

Also Africa had multiple leaders standing up to the Covid lies and the vaccine uptake in Africa is really low.

Africans on average seem to have more street smarts than the "intelligent" people in the rest of the world.

The point of the covid hysteria was to kill whites. The Africans were largely excused from having to toe the line on the vaxxes for this reason.

I like Sowell but he’s way off. Africa is the way it is because of Africans.
