I'm sure the beasts and their minions are celebrating, but...

WHs are still monitoring and recording the riggers' communications. WHs are still building legal cases against these people. WHs are still tracking through their finances to see who is still funding these crimes. ...

Swamp dredging is messy business. Give them a false sense of security to encourage others of their ilk to crawl out from beneath their slimy rocks, step out of the shadows and into the light. IMHO
