I was watching this last night. The Dems are saying she had freedom of speech and that was all they had. So I started wondering, do we really have freedom of speech? You cant say the N word, the F word, the C word, etc because it might offend someone. But she can go on not only inciting murders but even celebrating them. Already Paul Kessler was killed by a pro palestinian rioter.
World of difference between offending someone or killing someone.
Democrats are right, she had freedom of speech or at least she should. You should have the freedom to say anything you want. Your decision to say or not say something is supposed to be yours alone.
I won't applaud a cheap gotcha win because I want things to be done Constitutionally.
Maybe when anti-white, anti-Christian and anti-American statements cause censuring, I'll agree that this was the right move. But when it's only protecting select people? No thanks.
As an ice t album title so eloquently put:
"Freedom of speech... Just watch what you say"
Inciting violence is not first amendment. I draw the line there.
