Yet again, this nonsense will force an appeal (more litigation) that will likely overturn this court's holding.

"Lawfare" - the process that requires litigation to nullify/overturn/defeat unconstitutional regulations/legislation/charges. "The process is the punishment" meted upon those who have the audacity to challenge TPTB and want to exercise their God-given rights.
