Arn't baptisms in the Catholic Church usually performed before the child can speak? It's the parents and god parents that avow for the child. So how is the child mentally deranged, sorry, auto correct on my phone is set to "fact", not "fiction" so it keeps correcting "trans......" to mentally deranged.
