I'm pretty sure that is a body double that hangs around Mar a Lago. He's a bit more slovenly than Trump and you'll notice that version always seems to show up in the awkward bimbo photos.

But, I listened to the Trump interview yesterday and Trump was supposedly at Mar A Lago. So then was he not there? He would have definitely taken a picture with them!
