My guess is that Trump had proof of criminal activity on some deep staters. He can classify anything he wants, therefore he classified the proof of this activity for later use. Smith seeking to withhold info just might have the case thrown out. It’s what’s known as discovery and purposely withholding info. I’m not a lawyer, so any ideas?
