This was pointed out to me to be false which I appreciate. The quicker we can correct mistakes the more reliable we are as a forum. I then looked up this false information and find it has been recycled since 2021. Here is an article going back more than a year ago.

Whoopie agreed to settle with Kyle for $20 million but hadn't paid a dime yet. Kyle recently filed a $20 million lien against her Malibu home.
