The best info I can find is that this was from March 16, 2022 in front of Kansas senators by a Maria Zack, Chairman of Nations in Action. https://www.ksnt.com/capitol-bureau/kansas-senators-hear-presentation-on-2020-election-fraud-emporia-professor-weighs-in/ Not 100% sure, but that was what I found.
