Cant rule out Norways participation. Europipe I and II are pipelines built through an agreement by Norway and Germany. The first runs from a platform in the North Sea controlled by Norway and the second from Norway itself, into a terminal in Dormun, Germany. Europipe I has an 18B meter capacity and Europipe II 24 billion. Thats quite an incentive to keep your mouth shut at the least.
