I think they may be added. They are in the same handwriting as the note at the top of the first page (numbers written the same). This was a court exhibit. Part of it was obviously not written by Epstein. Also, it's a typed list. I don't know if there was a handwritten original, or if Epstein had it typed so he could read it more easily.
