If the New Madrid Fault does let loose again, I'm sure I will be able to feel it all the way here in the mountains of east Tennessee. The shock from the epicenter always diminishes the farther you get from it, so at about 400 miles away, I hope it doesn't wreck too much of the local infrastructure and houses.
