The blueprint claims that the humanoid robots would be as "disruptive" as smartphones and would "reshape the world."

Even if China has the capability to do this, we need only look at the game Atomic Heart or the Terminator movies or a myriad of science fiction literature to know this path never ends well.

Man-made "intelligence" is never going to be in our favor.
