It's the latest bid by the new speaker to offset foreign aid spending after he passed a bill using IRS funding to fund $14.3 billion in Israel aid.

Have we considered floating the idea that we could use u.s. politicians salaries and assets to fund this war? That sounds more like poetry. Maybe use all of zelenskys purchases since we've been funding him?
