Rumors of settlement in Trump fraud trial

I don't know where this is coming from but three different reporters covering the Trump trial said they are hearing offers of a settlement.

There's been private conversations between the Trump team and the State lawyers.

Alina Habba met with the judge one on one for at least a half hour.

They went to lunch, but court didn't start for while after the break.

Habba then left the courtroom.

He can hold all of those assets in a corporation incorporated in another state so he wouldn't lose anything. People incorporate in Delaware all the time to save taxes and their holdings don't actually exist in Delaware. However if what JollyRancherHard said is what happened, then I can understand that injunction would stop him.
