Anyone of you frogs got an ORIGINAL copy of the Obama Birth Certificate that layers in Photoshop?

Mine seems to not do it any longer or I over-copied it from a newer version from the new archived site...

The archive file in the link doesn't open in my photoshop in layers.

The original one did... anyone?
