Look at the top narrow part of the bridge in each of these (images from the clips from op and cyberrigger) fauci 1 and fauci 2. Nose appears longer and thin at the very top during Rand Paul's hearing. And hairline in the second seems growing lower than the one in the earlier clip. idk. Never noticed on this guy until looking at these clips today.

Adding another example of pre pandemic fauci. Compare to the guy who was at the congressional hearing.fauci 3 early one Nose (above bridge) and hairline.
