It looks like I reacted without checking "Officials serving in President Biden’s administration have taken their oaths of office. Officeholders’ appointments are effective whether affidavits are filed & notarized or not. The only constitutional requirement is that they take an oath, which is codified in Section 3331."

Can a law or constitution fren confirm this?
