Reminds me of how the FBeye pick their mark, devise and plan the crime, then have the mark either carry it out or be materially involved. Kind of like the plan to kidnap that governor.

I don't think he's an idiot. I think He's just completely brazen. There was a check fraud case against him before he got into politics. His most recent job was shut down by the SEC as a Ponzi scheme in 2021
