Not if there was no wound at all. The frame-by-frame slow motion video I saw showed that the gun was pointed down the hall at the time it fired, and then it was pointed back at the girl. There was no shooting. Any medical information was pure lies.

Based on the angle of the weapon, it would have been a torso or lower shot.
