This guy clearly works closely with people on the Q team. When an intelligence service like the Q team wants something like this done, they are going to have one of their people show up as a "private data scientist" who happens to have access to a huge amount of information. By doing it that way the intelligence agency can mis-attribute causality as much as possible and the public does not see who is really pulling the strings. Here they are no longer even trying to hide it, from which I wonder if this story is a bit of an inside joke between rival agencies. I mean, how ridiculous is this guy's story. He clearly has a huge team behind him, just like Snowden, but on the other side this time.
