Blinken is definitely on coke here.

Up here in Canada, people are starting to notice Freeland's strange behaviour, which we also know is due to her coke problem (something she has in common with her Ukranian pres).

Everyone likes to think the bag they found in the WH was Hunter's. Maybe it was Tony's.
