20+ years experience here and having sparred against female black belts, anyone claiming women are not capable of quickly dispatching overmatched males are naive and unrealistic.

But you're talking about sparring on a mat or in a gym, where a women can use a man's heavier weight against him. This video is showing women taking down a guy with single punches that look pulled, and they just roll around on the ground like it's a WWE royal rumble.
