I have been saying for quite awhile that they throw out adrenochrome to make us look unhinged in the eyes of normies when we should really focus on stem cells. I have no doubt adrenochrome is their drug of choice but they arent aborting 100M fetuses to acquire it. Its the stem cells they are after. They are the fountain of youth.
