Elon also no doubt has the evidence to back up his claims.

It's interesting that this happened right after the heads of some of these companies dined with Xi the day before. It also happened right after the FCC passed their new equity rules. Media Matters likely had this planned and ready to go.

We'll see if the lawsuit has merits.
