fwiw, this had come up a few months back and I heard somebody ask RFJ Jr about it on an interview and he said it was taken out of context and then explained it......trying to remember who the interview was with so I can find it.... anyway, the gist of what he said about that was that he was talking about law-breaking massive-polluter companies who know how to get around laws/regulations pertaining to pollution and stuff (of course he could be lying to cover his ass, no idea, but just conveying what i remember him saying about it)
