I gave it a good watch. Summary of the video. The woman walking around the Capital area recording an cordoned off Capital . A couple of interactions with the Capital police but nothing out of the norm.There was an announced event. Residents were alerted to the activity in advance, she says, involving military vehicles in neighborhoods and low flying aircraft.
She discovers blacked out busses and some police activity, but otherwise it is not much to see, but certainly notable
