I've begun to dig around Limbaugh's website, post death. Looks like the video archive is free now, which I enjoy personally. Working on listening for old clips that may be newsworthy around GAW.

On the website today there is a section with his 'famous quotes'. This is one quote that fits like a glove in these parts of the interzones.
