It is just the renaming of satellites for catalogue purposes. Each of these NORAD names is correlated with another name. See below for what I compiled on the Maui fires:
MAUI FIRES WERE STARTED BY CHINESE SATELLITES THAT PASSED DIRECTLY OVER THE ISLANDS AT THE TIME THE THREE FIRES WERE STARTED

For some reason I originally thought they were named that way as if they were built for NORAD, but they were just detected by NORAD and given an indicator.
It all makes sense now to the point I wonder how I didn't grasp it initially.
No problem fren. I thought that, too. That's why I went and did a little sleuthing.
Note:
The names: 'Tianhui 6A' and also 'Object A' are the original descriptions.
I wonder why the one is called 'Object A'. Do they not know what it is? Or, who made it, I wonder?
