Imphal West SP Ksh Shivakanta Singh says the object hovered in the sky for several hours.

What else can hover in the air for several hours.

I'll take balloons for a $1000.

The desperation is beginning to reek. They will eventually throw this one out there as a last gasp even though it has been rumored for years they would try it.
