I havent used it myself yet. But i got a few sk8n issues that might benefit after reading your comment.

Good friend of mine has used it and swears by it.he had the "symptoms"and took it. Now everytime he gets sick,he slurps some and good to go in a day or 2.

I use it orally and topically for skin issues and also on my aging dog, I've had malignant melenoma before so nice to find out about this stuff during covid
