Based as it is on Common Law and the Law of Nations, the Judgement of the Court has universal jurisdiction and enforceability. Accordingly, the Court empowers and authorizes its Sheriffs, deputized police, and all people to enforce the Court’s verdicts and sentences by all lawful means.

Do you really imagine we live in a World where the "The West Coast Common Law Court of Justice" is getting the King of England or the the Head of the Papal State arrested for anything? Seriously, research "The West Coast Common Law Court of Justice" and tell me what authoritative websites make any mention of it. Put quotes around it and search Interpol's site and see what you get back.
We have a serious problem in that we can't get the same courts that try President Trump and January 6th defendants to doing anything about these things.

They are on the right track but getting the peoples court to move a federaly backed court to arrest their federal backers. Not likely.
