Yeah, could be. I think he looks good. Bottom line….Thick, thin, or whatever, the world needs to stop judging people by how they look physically. I hate how image has somehow become the norm for sizing up a persons health.

Good for you in getting your weight down! Hope you are enjoying a better quality of life now! FYI — I dropped 70 lbs doing the same (time-restricted feeding), along with some much needed portion control (and in about 9 months 😮!).
