Yeah. But it appears they stole it by declaring an emergency. Of course, that was instigated by the left, not the right, but details, details. Once the emergency was openly declared, the protest from contested states was no longer allowable, and all congress could do, is vote to pass Biden into office. To be fair, there was nothing that Pence could do, although I still think he folded for other reasons too. He destroyed his career, I think. There were also not enough MAGA republicans in office, at the time, to halt the corrupt proceedings.
This is why the SC said there was no standing for the initial election cases brought to them, because it was a fait accompli, and conducted according to the constitution (although I do not think this particular course of events, i.e., a fake insurrection, was foreseen by the founding fathers).
One could argue that the emergency was illegitimate, but that is another Supreme Court case. Maybe we will see something like that soon, given the footage that is coming out, (also remember the Brunson case against congressmen not upholding their oaths, has still not been thrown out - this can go forward once it is established that the constitution was actually not followed) and, of course, the call from MTG to have a second investigation into the insurrection.
If people can prove that the insurrection was actually a fed-surrection, then things will start popping.
I agree, I was just being a smart-ass lol. I also think stealing an election is illegal, but what do I know.
