This is very disturbing.
I thought so also. Don't know and don't understand.
It is the Americas Region, which would be places like Venezuela. Not the school systems in America. There are also Military bases that have schools on them. The military kids would not go to local schools. They would stay on the base. I went to Military schools in Germany, Africa, and Japan.
Ah ok, makes much more sense now. Thank you for explaining this to me, it kinda freaked me out, like how could I not be aware of something this important!
