Would I be out of my fucking mind if it were Hillary or Obama? No, because that would mean a war truly was brewing and people would need to nut up and get ready, and I (we) simply can't afford that.

Would they be Q? No, because Q didn't kill people who were naysaying and Q also didn't go on an apology tour to destroy America's credibility.

As for the last line... there was literally nothing Q did that brought people to the capitol. Trump brought people there, and the bad guys exploited their presence.
