A part of me wonders if he's a psyop designed to give MAGA -like minded individuals a glimmer of hope... right before they clip his ass - so nobody gets the wrong idea that anything but a boot stamped in your face is the future.

I pray this isn't the case...

This was my cynical thinking as well. He just seems like a big caricature of what MAGA is. Worth watching but not worth getting hopes up over.
