"Hard-Lefshetz Theorem"? A possible combination of "hard leftists" and "dipshit"?

"HR(X)" might stand in for HRC, with the variable X being equal to C.

This is a real paper from 2021 that may have struck Musk as funny somehow.

I can’t tell if serious or not. But the Theorem gets its name from Solomon Lefshetz. A Russian-American Mathematician who specialized in Algebraic Topology.
