I think so too. I remember watching the trial and Chauvin's closing statement was interesting... I remember thinking, oh boy we will be hearing more from him eventually...

It's just me remembering, but, he apologized and said something to the family like other important/interesting facts would eventually come out.

Plus the early photos of Floyd and Chauvin both looked like different people.
