And how would Muslims treat Christians in Mecca? They wouldn't just spit toward them, they would kill them. Why do Muslims seem to get a pass, but the Jews get hated on?

Both Jews and Muslims are deniers of Christ, and enemies of God. Christians should have compassion on them to win them to Christ.
