Our meat processing is already highly consolidated and unfriendly to smaller farmers growing healthier meat.

The FDA funnels everyone into these giant plants and makes it impossible to be a small grower or abbatoiur.

This is going to be a huge problem. We need to normalize small scale meat processing.
