Yes, the families perhaps but their apparatus and minions are still in place but it looks like its in demo mode.

Yeah, thats what Great Awakening is all about. Not just defeating the enemy (the history is littered with the ruins of defeating the enemy only to have the enemy rise again in a different form) but making sure people understand everything. So this can never happen in any form ever again.
