There is another explanation for this phenomona...at least for the remote camera interviews. There is software that will stitch any face desired onto a person in front of a camera, including modifying their voice. They speak from a script (or whatever) and the software does the rest, essentially a deepfake. Many interviews with Fauci on the news were done this way in 2020 through 2022. The software is glitchy around the neck area, and frequently Fauci's interviews would show large gaps between his neck and the collar of his shirts.
