I think what Elias means without realizing it, is that the justice system and lawyers like him would have zero quibbles with violating the rights of a 20 year old black defendant because they'd be confident they could get away with it.

Trump is as well represented as the compromised bar associations allow. He won't be illegally pushed around to the degree the laity have been.
