Interesting. I did a search, found a couple/few sites that mentioned Hoadley as the instigator of the communication to the airmen and his subsequent arrest, one of them realrawnews which, if I'm not mistaken, is a hoax site.
And the official site for Minot AFB makes no mention of this incident. Curiouser and curiouser...
Edit: At the bottom of the page it says (Current as of June 2022), but I would have expected the AF to at least remove the page if, in fact, he's being charged.
