I'm their minds, people like this are willing to commit atrocities for the greater good, when in reality they just perpetuate the problem. Their actions create more problems down the road, like the Kmher Rouge or Mujahideen/Al Qaeda/UBL, or Pablo Escobar/Crack epidemic in America.
