This is for the general meeting; board recommends FOR on all; I’m a little pissed at the sponsor atm, as I think they should cede some equity since they’re such screwups, but all the same I’m planning to vote with the board.

Board is going to get ~1m shares as compensation (they’ve been getting nothing aside from Swider (15k/mo; but Swider has put in some of his own money for extensions.)

This will be the last equity I grant; The other items are 2 new board members and an audit firm.
