I would also encourage everyone that feels they don't get engagement on their comments in daily chat, to find and engage in someone else comment there. Even if it's just to ask questions about what they are saying, letting the person know you read there comments, or sharing your opinion on what they said...ect(even if it's a comment you wouldnt normally engagr with). I find many people put down the engagement of daily chat when it's their own comments, yet at the same time don't take the time to engage other people's thoughts. We are a team after all.
